NJ Beach Yoga will be hosting its sixth annual “Pose for Peace” event on Labor Day. Attendees will form the shape of a peace sign, symbolic of sending a wave of peace to those who need help. Fall Family Festival kicks off at 9am on Saturday, Sept. 15 with a Seaside Vendor Craft Market along the Promenade at 9am. Returning for its second year, the City of Sea Isle will host the POW-MIA Recognition Day Ceremony. Beach Cleanup 10am-noon, JFK Boulevard & Promenade (Rain date: Oct. 14)

Volunteers are needed to help the Sea Isle City Environmental Commission with its bi-annual beach cleanup. Volunteers will be provided with trash bags and gloves before they set out to scour the beaches for trash and debris. As they walk along the beach, they will also collect data to be sent to Clean Ocean Action to help identify possible pollution issues.
